Terms and Conditions

  1. FISHER ELITE CARD
    1. In case of a lost or damaged Fisher Elite Card, members can have it replaced by filling out an Application Form and paying the corresponding replacement fee of Php 100 at any Customer Service Counter of the Fisher Department Store, Fisher Supermarket, and Fisher Box Office.
    2. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) is not responsible for fraudulent use, whether or not the lost/damaged was reported.
  2. GENERAL
    1. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) may use the information acquired during points earning, points redemption, card loading, purchase transactions using load, purchase of cinema tickets, ticket redemption, and those provided by the Fisher Elite Members for administrative and marketing purposes.
    2. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and Conditions including Member’s guidelines at any time. Moreover, the corporation will be using reasonable endeavors to provide you with all necessary information regarding the Fisher Elite Loyalty Program. However, MMC will not be liable if they are unable to successfully do so.
    3. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) has the sole right to determine what constitutes a breach of the Terms and Conditions of the use of the Fisher Elite card.
    4. The Terms and Conditions of the Fisher Elite Loyalty Program shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
    5. All questions or disputes regarding the membership of the Fisher Elite Loyalty Program will be resolved by MMC according to these Terms and Conditions, and the applicable laws or government issuances.
    6. Failure of MMC to enforce any term, condition, or guideline does not constitute a waiver for any of the Terms and Conditions.
    7. Members are solely accountable for the use of any of the premiums or perks regardless of whether such is used by you or a third party.
    8. Members are personally liable for any costs, charges, claims, or liabilities including, but not limited to the duties, taxes, and fees of whatever nature arising from their use of the Fisher Elite card including the points earned, premiums, and perks.
    9. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to appoint an agent or contractor, or any type of third-party establishment to undertake some or all parts of the Fisher Elite Loyalty Program on its behalf.
    10. Upon a Member’s death, all accumulated loyalty points, rewards, credits, or loads shall be strictly non- transferable but redeemable by any heirs, beneficiaries, or third parties upon presentation of the death certificate and valid identification of the claimant.
  3. QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
    1. To qualify as a Fisher Elite Loyalty member, applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of application.
    2. Together with the approved application form, applicants must have paid a membership fee of Php 120 for new members or Php 100 for replacement/renewal, which can be increased at any time without prior notice.
    3. Purchasing of the Fisher Elite Loyalty card and submission of the approved application form shall be done at any Customer Service Counter of the Fisher Department Store, Fisher Supermarket, and Fisher Box Office.
  4. FISHER ELITE MEMBERSHIP
    1. Duration
      1. Fisher Elite Card is valid for an initial term of two (2) years from the date of issuance. An expiring or expired card may be renewed for an additional two (2)-year term. There is no limit to the number of times a card may be renewed.
      2. Renew your membership before its expiration to continue enjoying the advantages of being an Elite member.
      3. All remaining points, load, and Cinema Club tickets will be carried over to your new card if your membership is renewed within 180 days from the card’s expiration date.
      4. In the event of non-renewal, the remaining Cinema Club Tickets shall be redeemable in the form of Movie Pass; load shall be refunded through Request for Refund; and points shall be forfeited because the same are not convertible to cash.
    2. Personal Information
      1. You may update your information file by filling out a Fisher Elite Application Form in reporting any changes in your name, marital status, address, phone number, and other data at any Customer Service Counter of the Fisher Department Store, Fisher Supermarket, and Fisher Box Office.
      2. Verbal notification is not valid and will not be entertained.
    3. Restrictions
      1. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the program including its membership and the privileges that come with it, to any Member at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice.
    4. Abuse or breach of any of the Terms and Conditions
      1. Any breach or abuse of the Terms and Conditions, intentional or otherwise will result in your membership being revoked, and you will no longer be eligible for further participation in the Fisher Elite Loyalty Program.
      2. You will also forfeit any points earned and your premiums and perks will be canceled.
  5. REWARD POINTS
    1. Earnings
      1. You can earn points by presenting your Fisher Elite card to the Cashier at the start of any purchase transaction in any of our Loyalty Partner Establishments.
      2. There is no minimum card purchase required for you to earn points.
      3. Point accrual is dependent on the total amount due for your transaction.
      4. Transactions paid using loyalty points’ redemption shall not earn loyalty points.
      5. Your earned points cannot be exchanged for cash.
      6. It is your responsibility to keep your transaction receipts, as such may be required in case of any request for points verification.
    2. Redemptions
      1. One (1) point is equal to P1.00
      2. You can use your points to redeem qualified and participating items sold at any Fisher Elite business partner.
      3. There are no minimum points required to start redeeming your rewards.
      4. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) reserves the right to determine your redeemable points. The points reflected in the Fisher Loyalty records shall be deemed your correct and official available points.
      5. By redeeming points for premiums/perks, you release Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) and its Loyalty Partner Establishments from any liability to you on the use and redemption of your points, and on the issuance and usage of said premiums/perks. All redemption of points is final and cannot be changed, revoked, or canceled once redeemed.
  6. LOAD CREDITS
    1. Card Loading
      1. The Card can be reloaded at any participating Loyalty Partner Establishment.
      2. You can load a minimum amount of P100.00.
      3. Card loading is not subject to points earning unless an earn campaign is created for loading and said transaction has satisfied all criteria.
      4. Load does not expire upon card expiration. Any remaining balance will be carried over to the renewed card.
      5. When the card expires, you cannot purchase additional Load credits.
      6. Any amount loaded into your card cannot be exchanged for cash.
    2. Purchasing
      1. You may use your card to make purchases up to the available balance by presenting your card at any Loyalty Partner Establishment. The available balance of the card is reduced by the amount of each purchase.
      2. Any remaining Load balance can still be used for purchase even after the card expires, provided that the member renews the Card thereafter, regardless of the time elapsed since expiration.
      3. If you wish to return goods to the Loyalty Partner Establishment purchased using load from your card, it is not possible to reimburse funds to the card. The Return and Exchange policy of each Loyalty Partner Establishment will prevail.
      4. Loyalty Partner Establishment shall not be responsible or liable for any unauthorized use of the card.
  7. PREMIUMS AND PERKS
    1. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) and its Loyalty Partner Establishments reserve the right at all times to identify programs that qualify Fisher Elite Members to earn points or qualify them for exclusive premiums and perks.
    2. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) also reserves the right to make changes to any such rules/offerings.
    3. Your redeemed premiums/perks cannot be exchanged for other rewards, such as, but not limited to cash or credit, nor is it refundable and replaceable.
    4. The Return and Exchange policy of each Loyalty Partner Establishment will prevail on all premiums and perks that you have availed.
    5. Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) is not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer resulting from the lapse of premiums and perks that were previously advertised or offered without prior notice.
  8. CINEMA CLUB TICKETS
    1. Ticket Purchasing
      1. The Card shall be used to purchase ticket bundles or individual ticket at a prescribed amount from the Fisher Box Office (FBO).
      2. Ticket bundles or individual ticket can be purchased using sufficient loyalty points, sufficient loyalty load, or a combination of these options.
      3. Tickets bundles shall be sold based on the selected cinema type (VIP or Regular). Requests for modifications to the bundle contents and quantity shall not be accommodated, unless otherwise a special ticket bundle promotion is offered by Fisher Box Office (FBO).
      4. Ticket purchases are eligible for points earning unless an earn campaign is created for Cinema Club and the said transaction satisfies all campaign criteria.
      5. Any amount tickets credited into your Card cannot be exchanged for cash and are non- transferrable.
      6. Ticket balance shall not expire even upon Card expiration. However, once the Card has expired, no additional tickets shall be credited to the Card.
    2. Ticket Redemption
      1. The Card shall be used to redeem tickets up to the available balance at the Fisher Box Office (FBO). The available ticket balance of the card is reduced by the quantity of each redemption.
      2. Redeemed tickets may be used in any movie under the same cinema type (VIP or Regular).
      3. Fisher Box Office (FBO) reserves the right to determine your redeemable tickets. The tickets reflected in the Fisher Loyalty records shall be deemed your correct and official available tickets.
      4. Upon expiration of Fisher Elite Card, members may choose to redeem their remaining ticket balance through the following options:
        • Option 1: Carry over the ticket balance to a new Card upon renewal; or
        • Option 1: Convert the entire ticket balance into a Movie Card (for non-renewing members) at the ticket counters of participating Fisher Box Office branches, subject to the existing Movie Card redemption policies.
          • Movie Cards – a gift certificate redeemable for any movie at the issuing Fisher Box Office branch and availed cinema type (VIP or Regular). It has no expiration date.
      5. By redeeming Cinema Club tickets, you release Mallers Management Corporation (MMC) and Fisher Box Office (FBO) from any liability to you on the unauthorized use of the card, use and redemption of your tickets, and on the issuance and usage of said premiums/perks. All redemption of tickets is final and cannot be changed, revoked, or canceled once redeemed.
